The Perfect Summer Cocktail Recipe
For the second part of our DIY cocktail recipe series we asked our friends at Ivy Pool Club to show us how to convert one of your favourite classics into a delicious frozen defence from the sweltering heat.
45ml Olmeca Reposado
30ml Lime Juice
10ml Agave Syrup
10 Lime Cordial
1. Add all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice.
2. Blend into a slushy consistency.
3. Serve in a tumbler with a fresh lime a wheel.
